Support the Global Communications team with all administrative, logistical, and physical tasks. Ensure samples are managed in accordance with business needs.

Responsible for all central PR stock and sample movement. Arrange domestic and international couriers to facilitate deliveries for editorial send-outs and publication/stylist liaison. Assist with VIP and Community fittings, retail liaison, and logistics. Coordinate product gifting activity for seasonal collection activations. Monitor UK, US, Europe, and Middle East coverage, collating weekly/monthly reports to share with Global Comms Assistant for review. Maintain the media and VIP database. Monitor and manage duplicate press samples for La Chambre and regional market teams, coordinating deliveries for prompt arrival. Maintain the library of imagery and seasonal collection information. Manage stock returns from all PR/VIP activity. Ensure HQ press samples are stored neatly and effectively organized for efficiency. Assist with events setup, breakdown, and post-event reporting for dunhill events such as Frieze Masters, Seasonal Shows, BAFTA events, and Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic.
