Job Description:
How will you make an impact?
- First point of contact for customer queries: email, telephone & face to face
- Answer queries or pass on to the appropriate department
- Receive & process orders from the Sales Team, Distributors & Wholesale Customers via Repspark or Bluecherry
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Create, amend, and send sales orders in Repspark to customers confirming quantities ordered, pricing per garment, and custom embroidery instructions where applicable
- Liaise with the internal embroidery department on new logo originations, updates, and instructions
- Provide updates to customers on their orders from start to finish, especially for event/rush orders with tracking and follow-up emails
- Run regular reports from the system to track orders and inform sales reps/customers on current and future orders. Provide general sales support from an office level.
- Conduct bi-weekly catch-up calls with Sales Reps
- Hold quarterly calls with Key Account customers to discuss needs, updates, and sell-through status
- Coordinate product launches with Marketing for online retailers and other wholesale customers
- Organize returns for all Wholesale customers with credit memos
- Manage EU Warehouse daily reporting – update orders and send embroidery orders to our EU embroiderer

- Strong computer/tech skills – confident in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint), Bluecherry, WMS Softeon, and B2B Repspark
