What are we expecting from you?
- The Marketing & Communication Director is responsible for orchestrating the activities around brand image and brand awareness while respecting the Maison identity and vision and creating the best conditions to support business within this Market.
- The Marketing & Communication Director is the guardian of the market global strategy for Marketing, Event, PR & Media.
- Partner closely with the Retail Director to ensure the Market business development in line with the Maison strategy.
- Build the sales budget per category (High Jewelry, Jewelry, Timepieces & Perfumes) and adapt sales forecasts and action plans to achieve it.
- Analyze sales results, providing qualitative & quantitative feedback to the his/her MD, Retail team & Region and propose adapted local action plans accordingly.
- Animate product related communities.
- Be the ambassador of the marketing strategy when presenting new collections and sharing Maison’s priorities at local level.
- Assess the brand footprint & positioning and enrich the Brand equity (DREF) accordingly.
- Oversee the communication plan across all channels, both online and offline to build awareness and drive the desirability of the Maison.
- Provide quantitative & qualitative insights on local communication plan to the Region and propose to adapt the Maison programs, based on local business knowledge .
- Build & nurture a network of influence and identify interesting partnerships supporting Maison’s Art & Culture projects & potential artistic collaborations in line with Maison’s DNA.
- Partner with L’Ecole to drive the maximum of opportunities for the Maison.
- Define and monitor the adapted mix of the local A&P budget to reach objectives.
- Lead and managemulti-disciplinary teams and work closely with he retail department to ensure alignment and consistency in all the activities.
