YOUR MISSION: To ensure consistency, quality and elevated implementation of the Visual Merchandising plan across all distribution channels in the UK & Ireland in order to maximize sales and support sales targets.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Visual Merchandising
- Plan and coordinate the window campaigns and product launches in all the Retail and Wholesale (External Boutiques, Shop-in-shops, Travel Retail) boutiques
- Ensure VM guidelines are received and understood through regular follow-up with Boutiques, Wholesale partners and Field teams
- Work closely with the retail and wholesale team to maintain and monitor brand image in our stores by reviewing photos, guidelines, and supporting store queries
- Carry out regular field visits to ensure all guidelines are followed and VM standards are met and exceeded
- Coach the in-store team on all visual guidelines and new directives.
- Understand a commercial strategy and inject it while following VM guidelines
- Monitor the Visual Merchandising of the boutiques via our visual merchandising software (IWD), photo reports and regular visits
- Support and participate to the events, pop ups and new store openings
- Responsible of the development and delivery of VM training to the store teams
- VM Operations and Reporting
- Responsible of POSM stock
- Inventory management in each store to monitor extra needs request and/or rebalancing
- Monitor warehouse stock
- Track all orders and deliveries placed for the boutiques, ensure these are dispatched and installed within the required timeframe
- Monthly reviews of competitors and best practices
- Budget
- Ensure all VM orders are completed within budget
- Responsible for the invoicing and POs of POS projects, budget reporting for VM
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- University Degree
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury or premium leather goods, covering both Retail and Wholesale channels
- Proficient with MS Office, and SAP. Knowledge with illustrator and photoshop will be a plus
- Fluent in English, second language would be a plus (French or Italian)
- Very organised, strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasker and team player
- Good communication skills and perfect presentation to act as an ambassador towards our partners and clients
- Able to work under pressure, results-oriented and can-do attitude
