YOUR MISSION: To contribute to the success of the retail business by ensuring operational excellence, supporting profitability and driving seamless execution of retail projects to enhance client experience and achieve business KPIs.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Business Analysis

  • Executing, reporting, and analyzing Sales and KPI performance for all UK channels.
  • Product performance reporting and analysis.
  • Executing, tracking, and analyzing Retail Incentives.
  • Developing new reporting on an ad-hoc basis, as required by business needs.

Retail Operations

  • Support the Retail Manager and Retail Operations Coordinator on Retail network projects.
  • Coordinate Retail projects to streamline processes, communicate status to all key stakeholders, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
  • Supporting, attending, and minuting all Retail meetings.
  • Preparing internal and external presentations.
  • Boutique facilities management and Vendor management.
  • Coordination of Boutique Retail Signature elements (uniforms, pantries, business cards).
  • Support all retail activations, both in-store and external

Administration/Other

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Retail Department.
  • Maintain all folders and files up-to-date.
  • Travel and venue booking.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Retail Office & Brand Management functions, including training and logistics.
  • Cover for Boutique staff in emergencies.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
  • Currently studying (or graduated) for a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • As a plus: Experience in retail operations, retail administration, or retail (store) in general; Experience with retail systems, reporting platforms, or SAP.
