WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Assist and support the PR & Talent and Entertainment Relations team with photoshoots and celebrity dressings taking place in the UK, while liaising with the New Bond Street boutique retail team. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2026. We are seeking individuals who can start immediately.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Assist the PR & Talent and Entertainment Relations Officer and team to help facilitate photoshoots and celebrity dressings. Tasks include but are not limited to: liaising with New Bond Street and other boutique teams, confirming availability of pieces, consigning through SAP, packaging pieces for security, arranging security (guards and secure carriers), going on set and dressing to handle pieces when necessary, receiving returns, Quality Control checking pieces upon return.
  • Work alongside retail team in consigning boutique pieces for shoots. Tasks include but are not limited to: continuously liaising with boutique sales teams in order to note which pieces will be able to loan, and which are in business; replacing pieces on display that go to shoots and maintaining the visual standard of the boutique.
  • Assist and support PR & Talent and Entertainment Relations Officer and team for celebrity dressing, brand image and institutional events and award shows, including potential boutique appointments with stylists.
  • Assist and support PR & Talent and Entertainment Relations team with all coordination for domestic, international, and digital photoshoots, including potential boutique appointments with editors and attending photoshoots and celebrity dressings for product handling.
  • Assist with Cartier crediting and product details for press coverage.
  • Inventory Control: oversight and proper handling of PR stock and movement of boutique pieces for PR/Celebrity usage, oversee quarterly stock take of all Press stock with the New Bond Street stock team.
  • Support with gift wrapping for PR/Celebrity needs.
  • Maintaining and updating press contacts database across broadcast, print and relevant press and compilation of specialist press lists as required for events and specific mailings.
  • Compiling digital press reviews for specific events and key launches.
  • Recording Cartier press and organic social coverage in view of producing a weekly press review of coverage for specific product launches and key initiatives.
  • Providing key support with reporting and analysis including DMR, press recaps and overviews.
  • Assist and support PR & Talent and Entertainment Relations team in training the PR Intern role in their onboarding process.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A motivated, team player with exceptional organizational skills in order to integrate seamlessly into both a luxury retail and corporate communications environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced PR and retail environment under tight deadlines and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both oral and written.
  • Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and SAP is a plus.
  • Must be a team player, enthusiastic, positive, professional and desire to be a part of a high-performance team.
  • Work experience in retail and public relations and/or communications is a plus.
