YOUR MISSION

Your role will be to support on e-commerce orders shipped from our department.

This includes ensuring accurate picking, packing and shipping.

Ensuring that the system is up to date with stock movements, and that the stock we have physically matches what we show in SAP.

You will be responsible to liaise with the e-commerce team and deal with any special requests, and to proactively monitor emails and Teams messages from them.

You will also take part in inventories and investigate stock discrepancies.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • ECOM order management
  • To pick, pack and ship ECOM orders as required by the Maison
  • To ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when packing orders
  • Ensuring that the data in SAP matches what has physically been shipped to the client and that our physical stock matches SAP
  • To liaise with the Maison’s ECOM team on a regular basis, both on email and over Teams, and keep on top of communication
  • ECOM stock management
  • To ensure that the stock we physically have matches what is shown in the system
  • To participate in inventories twice a year and investigate any discrepancies when they arise, notifying all relevant parties
  • Other responsibilities (Operational tasks)
  • To assist with pick up & delivery, a service where a shipping kit is sent to a client for them to return their repair to us.
  • To book DHL shipments online, picking and packing the correct kit depending on the brand and ensuring shipments are processed accurately

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Minimum 2 years experience in logistics and stock management
  • Flexibility, able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
  • Fast reaction and able to prioritize.
  • Open minded regarding projects and changes.
  • Computer Literate, SAP experience a benefit.
  • Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently and take personal ownership, whilst being able to work as part of a team
