YOUR MISSION: The Paid Media Executive supports the Digital & Media Manager in the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of local paid media campaigns.

Working closely with international, regional and local Maisons teams as well as external agencies, the role ensures flawless campaign delivery, budget control and continuous performance improvement while aligning with global media guidelines and local market needs

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

CAMPAIGN BRIEFING, IMPLEMENTATION & EXECUTION

Supporting execution of the UK Media strategy to drive awareness; consideration and conversion objectives across the funnel according to local market strategic need.

  • Support the development and coordination of media campaigns briefs.
  • Manage campaign assets across all channels to ensure assets meet platform specification and campaign deadlines.
  • Validate tracking, URLs and creative implementation before launch.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with global media guidelines and local market requirements.
  • CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE & OPTIMISATION
  • Monitor campaign performance with the media agency.
  • Analyze each campaign results against KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports highlighting key learnings and recommendations.
  • Ensure insights are documented and applied to future media planning.
  • MEDIA AND PRODUCTION AGENCIES COORDINATION

Build strong partnerships to deliver operational excellence. Manage day-to-day relationships with media and production agencies.

  • Make sure the Media agency meets all deadlines for recommendation; reporting and assets briefing.
  • Make sure the Production agency delivers creatives in time and according to specs.
  • Track invoicing and ensure timely financial reconciliation. Oversee quotations, purchase orders and campaign bookings in SAP.
  • Participate in agency brief; recommendation and performance reviews.
  • BUDGET MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

Maintain accurate financial and investment tracking. Maintain up-to-date media investment and budget consolidation documents.

  • Ensure monthly updates
  • Support the media manager with financial reporting and budget reconciliation.
  • Monitor media spend and ensure accuracy against approved budgets.
  • MARKET INTELLIGENCE & INNOVATION

Stay ahead of industry trends. Monitor competitors’ media activity, Share of Voice (SOV) and investment trends.

  • Identify best practices and emerging media opportunities.
  • Share insights on new platforms, technologies and innovations relevant to the Maison
