Peter Millar UK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented in-house Sales Executive. You will be responsible for supporting our wholesale business, managing some in house accounts and providing excellent customer service and experience to our partners. This role is ideal if you are looking to transition into account management, and are passionate about fashion and golf, as well as eager to develop your commercial skills within a leading luxury and performance brand. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate order processing, professional account support, and the consistent upholding of our brand standards and values at every touch point. Over time, this position will offer the opportunity to develop into managing various house accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and/or support house accounts
- Support with the management of in-house corporate enquiries
- Support the leadership team with day-to-day sales appointments and order administration
- Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Track orders, deliveries, returns and escalate any issues where needed
- Assist with seasonal sales campaigns and showroom appointments
- Support with buying group administration
Product and Brand Support:
- Build a strong knowledge of Peter Millar and G/Fore collections across both golf and lifestyle
- Support with seasonal set up of showrooms and sales assets
- Help manage the showroom and samples for key sales meetings
- Support at trade shows, buying days and sales events when required
Cross Functional and Team Support:
- Work closely with customer service, logistics, planning and finance when required
- Help resolve customer queries in a professional and brand appropriate manner
Experience Required:
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role in Retail is essential
- Experience speaking with clients
- Experience using Microsoft office and sales order processing systems
- Good presentation skills (PowerPoint and Product presentations where needed)
- Have an interest in golf and fashion
- Have an interest in Sales
- Proactive, curious and dependable
- Confident, clear communicator
- Strong organisational skills / attention to detail (able to manage multiple tasks at once)
- Team player with a professional attitude
You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have your own car, as this is a field based role.
