HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Carry out regular monthly, weekly, and ad hoc dashboards and sales performance analysis in Excel by network, collections, clients and more. Assist the High End Managers with merchandising tasks and product requests (product availability, prices, transfers follow up etc.) from all distribution networks – Retail, E-Commerce and Watch Partners. Creation and roll out of sales tools including product presentations, stock mappings and price lists, clients product books, digital content and videos etc. Support with client extractions and profiling for both events and recurring business. Assist on the preparation of training modules & coordinate organization of the sessions. Create content to support the launch of the new collections. Assist in the organization of the High Jewellery events (product logistics, clients’ product wish lists etc.). Assist with the roll out of invitations, clients' agendas, special gifting and projects etc. Assisting on High End transversal projects and missions as required.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? The High End Assistant will support the High End Managers and wider team in the daily business, as well as support in the organization of the next High Jewellery activations for the UK Market.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Student in their final year/recent University graduate. Preferable previous experience in the Luxury industry. Computer skills (advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required, good knowledge of iMovie and Photoshoot are a plus). Ideal profile: proactive, analytical mindset, detail-oriented and eager to learn. Agile to work on different topics and missions in a fast-paced environment. Team player, collaborative mindset and with a can-do attitude. Fluent in English, a second language is a plus.
