The Supply & Matching Administrator will manage efficiently and effectively the main Supply and Matching activities related to the servicing of Richemont Maison's watches, ensuring that spare parts and repairs are processed daily, kit boxes are up to date and filled with consumables, and SAP flow is managed accordingly.
- Management of spare parts/repairs from/to other departments
- Matching of spare parts/repairs
- Management of spare parts orders
- Ensure proper follow-up of spare parts deliveries
- Daily filling of kit boxes
- Updates of kit box layouts
- Maintenance of the area, including kit boxes, in the workshop
- Analytical thinking skills with great attention to detail
- Reliable, efficient & organised
- Problem solving & client-focused mentality
- 'Can-do' positive approach
- Good team spirit
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Supply Chain/Customer service related experience is a plus.
- Watchmaking/Jewellery experience is a plus.
- SAP and Excel experience is a plus.
