HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your mission will be to craft within the boutique a universe that will deliver a One Of Not Many memorable clients experience, creating fulfilling employee experience, and implementing a strong clientelling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Strongly contribute to the growth of Brand’s reputation and desirability in the market by participating in networking activities outside of the Boutique including client events
  • Develop reletionship with Harrods Personal Shopping and Penthouse teams
  • Initiate Boutique events and activities through partnerships to boost sales and traffic
  • Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on our sales, including the commercial activities of competitors

Clienteling:

  • In collaboration with the boutique team, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives
  • Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects
  • Build and develop the VVIP database.

Boutique performance and operations management

  • Reach quantitative and qualitative targets in line with Brand objectives
  • Propose, define, monitor, and guarantee the implementation of dynamic action plans to achieve Maison and boutique sales targets
  • Drive, monitor and report Performance. Develop and share an in-depth knowledge of the boutique business
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual with relevant KPIs
  • Drive the changes and ensure adoption of new tools & services
  • Manage boutique operations in accordance with Brand and group compliance policies
  • Ensure that all Brand and Richemont procedures are perfectly followed to enable the team to perform at their very best on the shop floor

Represent Brand identity – Act as a Maison ambassador

  • Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community
  • Be the ambassador and key contact person for all interactions with the Group and International HQ (to present the boutique, organize visits and events…)
  • Adhere with Passion to the values and rituals of presentation established by the Maison

Team Management & People Development

  • Design the optimum organization, recruits the right profiles, and ensures proactive talent pipeline in your boutique
  • Develop positive relationships with team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns
  • Identify and define team’s training needs, ensuring a singular and adapted development plan is curated & communicated accordingly to each team member
  • Develop a business-oriented approach in your boutique through regular role plays and on spot coaching, to consistently improve individual and team performance
  • Coach, train, motivate and lead by example with a high degree of professionalism
  • Provide the team with a strong sense of purpose by inspiring a cohesive team spirit, and reinforce engagement
  • Communicate, federate, and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison
  • Drive performance management to achieve KPI’s and perform above expectations

Requirements

  • 4+ years previous experience in retail management (High watchmaking knowledge is preferred or high-value luxury product)
  • Track record of driving boutique performance from a qualitative, quantitative and operations point of view
  • Clienteling and ultimate hospitality mindset
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
  • Self-starter with team-player approach
  • Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends
  • Proficient level of English and additional languages are a plus
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
  • Knowledge of the local market (and Harrods in particular as a plus)
  • Excellent computer skills, SAP exposure is a plus.
