HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting times, and ensuring they are well taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Client Welcoming and Waiting Time Management
- Uphold the Cartier image by maintaining a professional demeanor
- Provide a consistent excellent client experience with courtesy and professionalism
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
- Manage client waiting times, direct clients to waiting areas, and coordinate with the Hospitality team if needed
- Share information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
- Ensure smooth client flow within the boutique
- Coordinate between Sales, Stock Admin, Cashiers, and other staff
- Handle gift wrapping and manage packaging area
- Accompany clients to the door upon departure
- Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment
- Follow all group, Maison, and boutique policies and guidelines
- Support stock inventories and price labeling
- Participate in setup and breakdowns during opening and closing
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
