Do you have solid experience in Fine Jewelry, preferably also in High Jewelry? Do you possess a strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and a proactive approach? The Boutique Assistant supports the sales team in providing an exceptional client experience, efficiently managing both client-facing and back-office activities. This role embodies and represents the Maison’s values at the highest standards.
- Advising, selling, and clienteling
- Assist Sales Associates during client presentations (greeting clients, serving drinks, presenting products)
- Prepare and wrap products
- Process sales transactions (prepare related documents, follow payment procedures)
- Support sales team in daily clienteling activities (gift card preparation, purchasing small client gifts)
- Follow brand visual identity guidelines (visual merchandising, daily maintenance)
- Support event organization
- Maintain knowledge of High Jewelry, Jewelry, and Watchmaking
- Perform customer service activities as needed in the boutique
- Prepare and wrap products
- Process sales when necessary
- Assist Sales Associates in client profile preparation
- Organize and review the workspace
- Ensure cleanliness of counters, displays, and windows
- Set up back-office sales tools
- Contribute to operational tasks
- Monitor stock levels of supplies and products
- Develop operational knowledge of digital tools (tablet, iPad, iPhone)
- Comply with Maison’s policies and procedures
