YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Vacheron Constantin Sales & CRM Coordinator to join our UK Commercial team, playing a pivotal role in driving our omnichannel strategy. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth sales and stock coordination, managing operational tasks for our network doors, and leading CRM initiatives to enhance client value and business development. This position acts as a strategic link between our UK operations and Geneva Headquarters, offering a comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail landscape. Please note, this is a 6 month internship ideally starting May/June 2026.
PLAYING YOUR PART
- You will analyse our CRM database, supporting the planning and execution of targeted emailing campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys, whilst segmenting databases for personalised communications.
- You will also provide crucial support for CRM initiatives, including client reactivation and reallocation.
- Furthermore, you will assist boutique teams with operations, manage various tools, and contribute to the roll-out of new retail projects, fostering strong relationships with retailers.
- Your responsibilities will extend to efficiently handling stock enquiries, managing and dispatching stock orders via SAP, and coordinating stock transfers.
- You will also oversee the correct implementation of visual merchandising animation kits and act as the primary contact for permanent display and accessory enquiries.
- Finally, you will support the commercial team with presentations and lead the organisation of ad hoc projects and team activities.

Success in this role will require:
- Strong competence in MS Office, particularly Excel, with SAP knowledge being a plus
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills

- The ability to multitask effectively and prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in luxury retail desirable
