Protected by military secrets, these creations were only launched in the International market when the brand was acquired by Richemont Group in 1997. Today, the Maison advances through cutting-edge research, sustainability, and empowering modern heroes with a team that passionately brings value to Panerai's distinctive mix of Italian spirit and Swiss watchmaking excellence.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Assistant Boutique Manager supports the overall leadership and performance of the boutique, contributing to commercial success, brand elevation and team development in full alignment with Panerai policies, standards and retail strategy. Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs through clear action plans and performance tracking. Analyse sales results, identify opportunities and suggest initiatives to improve performance. Contribute to the local execution of Panerai’s Retail Strategy with awareness of market and competitors.
  • Client Experience, Clienteling & CRM: Develop and nurture a strong boutique client base, including VICs, through personalised engagement. Ensure disciplined and effective use of CRM tools, with a focus on data quality and follow-up. Support and host client events and local initiatives aligned with Panerai’s identity and values.
  • Operations & Boutique Excellence: Support back-office processes, reporting, cash handling and stock accuracy. Oversee inventory flows (deliveries, transfers, repairs) and respect security procedures. Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, visual merchandising and grooming standards.
