What are we expecting from you?
- Assisting Sales Associates during the selling ceremony and presentation
- Processing the sale, including payment procedures and gift wrapping
- Supporting the sales team in their daily clientelling activities
- Acting as a true brand ambassador for the Maison and upholding the in-store client journey
- Ensuring development of knowledge and skills through self-training
- Reviewing and implementing efficiencies to back-office areas, whilst contributing to a variety of operational tasks and abiding by procedures
- Enhancing expertise of digital tools across sales, CRM, stock, omnichannel and back office
