Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a CRM and client engagement lead to coordinate omnichannel client experiences across markets. You will support Sales Associates with clienteling initiatives, deliver engaging VIC events, gifting programmes and trunk shows, while aligning activations with Maison priorities and luxury service standards.

You will develop scalable clienteling frameworks, perform CRM analytics, and collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Digital and regional teams to elevate customer experience.
