Maison Alaïa is recruiting a Barista for its café located within its boutique in London.

Inspired by the spirit of Maison Alaïa, the café is designed as a calm and elegant space where clients are invited to relax and enjoy a refined experience combining hospitality and excellence.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated barista with a positive attitude, who will embody the Maison's values and deliver an exceptional client experience.

  • Preparing coffee to a high standard of quality
  • Providing outstanding and personalized customer service
  • Operating the till and handling payments
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Previous specialty coffee experience, ideally with milk steaming and latte art skills
  • Confidence in dialing coffee machines, weighing espresso, and following recipes
  • Passion for hospitality
