An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Manager to join R Family at our new Marina Café. We are looking for a team member who is looking to take ownership of a new venture with an ambition for success, excellent organisational and communication skills.
Our Café Team Manager will supervise their team, manage rotas and stock successfully, ensure highest levels of quality and standards of service are delivered; making sure the café is clean and presentable at all times. The role of Marina Café Manager is a ‘hands-on’ role which will involve preparing hot and cold beverages including speciality coffee, food preparation and basic kitchen tasks, operating the till and handling of payments as well as general duties such as cleaning. Compliance with health and hygiene regulations is paramount.
A positive and professional approach is required with excellent customer service skills, delivering warm and friendly hospitality to visitors.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays.
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour increasing to £13.78 per hour in March 2023.
