We’re looking for Reception/Bookings Team Members to join R Family! Reception/Bookings Team Members are responsible for meeting holiday guests with an enthusiastic approach, working within a busy environment, delivering a high standard of customer service whilst carrying out reception duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.

Taking hire fleet bookings via the telephone and in person as well as carrying out administration work relating to bookings will be required and responding to enquiries. Duties also include taking payments for bookings and handling cash accurately. The successful applicants will promote the company’s products to encourage sales. An excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential.

Rate of Pay: £10.06 per hour increasing to £11.00 per hour as from 27th March 2023. All team members are required to work weekends and bank holidays.
