An exciting opportunity for a Café Team Leader to join our award-winning ‘R’ family and shine at our Coastal Café in Hemsby! We are looking for a team leader with an ambition for success, excellent organisational and communication skills. Our Café Team Leader will primarily be a ‘hands-on’ role which will involve preparing hot and cold beverages including specialty coffee, food preparation and basic kitchen tasks, operating the till and handling of payments as well as general duties such as cleaning. Compliance with health and hygiene regulations is paramount.

The team leader will direct the team, manage rotas and stock successfully, ensure the highest levels of quality and standards of service are delivered; making sure the café is clean and presentable at all times and delivering warm and friendly hospitality to visitors.
