Richardsonrecruit is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to manage residential design & build schemes across the East Midlands. You will oversee commercial activities, cost planning, BoQ, tendering and procurement, and pre- and post-contract administration.
Candidates should have main contracting or developer experience, strong Excel skills, and a full UK driving licence, with proven ability to produce financial reports, valuations and final accounts, and to lead commercial reporting.
