This role will require the apprentice to assist the customer care department and accounts department. The role will involve:

  • placing orders
  • taking payments
  • dealing with customers
  • much more

A varied role covering all aspects of the office and by the end of the apprenticeship the apprentice will have excellent knowledge of administration.
