Currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor for a new development based in North Staffordshire. We are seeking an experienced professional who has sold off-plan homes and has worked for a Housebuilder. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong local geographical knowledge, a solid understanding of the property industry, and the confidence to build rapport with both buyers and sellers. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process
- Conducting viewings, providing feedback, and negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Building strong relationships with customers, demonstrating exceptional communication skills at every stage
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and excellent service delivery

About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for property. You will:
- Have previous experience in residential sales (Senior Negotiator level desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Show natural confidence when dealing with clients and negotiating offers
- Possess strong local knowledge of Kimberley and surrounding areas
- Hold a full UK driving licence, as attending viewings is a regular part of the role
