Works Planner / Scheduler Hertfordshire Up to 38,000 Mon Fri (Permanent) We are currently working with a Contractor who operate in the Civils / Utilities sectors. Currently recruiting for a Works Planner / Scheduler based in their Hertfordshire Office. We are specifically looking for candidates who have already worked in a planning and scheduling environment and have a strong understanding of the demands of the role. This is not an entry-level position you must be confident managing multiple operatives, priorities, and changing workloads. You will have previous experience as a Planner / Scheduler having been responsible for; Plan and coordinate all aspects of live works for both connections and mains activities, including: Booking plant, machinery, materials, permits, and traffic management Managing works from excavation through to reinstatement Provide clear and timely communication with clients and customers, including: Attending regular client meetings Responding to enquiries and providing updates Use company and client work management systems to plan works, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates. Liaise with Supervisors to re-plan work or reallocate resources as required throughout the day.
