This is a driving role, UK driver’s license required. £12.90 – 14.00 per hour. Permanent Opportunity.

Elevated-Grace Healthcare, based in Mansfield, provides health and social care to various Clients across Nottingham, from children to elderly. We work with Local Authorities, NHS, CCGS, private hospitals, and private clients. We provide a wide range of care services to help our clients maintain their independence in their homes.

We are looking for passionate and caring healthcare assistants to join our enthusiastic team of domiciliary carers. We are recruiting care assistants who have the right values – kindness, accountability, excellence, and passion and exhibit a positive attitude in providing quality care and support for less able individuals. You must be willing to develop yourself and your skills.

  • Domiciliary care (door to door)
  • Providing personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities
  • Assisting Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene, getting up in the morning and going to bed at night, assisting with medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records concerning care and medication support given and tasks undertaken
  • Preparing food and drink for the Client, being aware of the Client’s choice likes/dislikes, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements
  • Providing light general household domestic duties, including housework and laundry, as detailed in the care plan or instructed by Management
  • Observing all health & safety rules and taking reasonable care to promote the health and safety of self and others and raising any concerns to the Field Care Supervisor
  • Any other duties requested by Senior Management, which are within the scope of the post

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Full UK driving licence + car
  • Minimum Level 2 Healthcare or a nursing qualification
  • Minimum Level 2 English
  • 3 verifiable work or study related references - a must
  • Experience in a similar role - a plus, not a must as initial training will be provided
  • Unfortunately we cannot currently offer sponsorship.
