Performance Objectives Resolve 90 % of reactive calls (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) on first visit and within agreed SLAs, restoring full operation the same day. Deliver 100 % of planned preventive maintenance on schedule Scope, quote and complete small building-fabric and M repairing leaking toilers, patching / repairing tiles, painting and decorating and if possible changing door handles / locks.
