Currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor for a new development based in North Staffordshire. We are seeking an experienced professional who has sold off-plan homes and has worked for a Housebuilder. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong local geographical knowledge, a solid understanding of the property industry, and the confidence to build rapport with both buyers and sellers. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process

  • Possess strong local knowledge of Kimberley and surrounding areas
  • Hold a full UK driving licence, as attending viewings is a regular part of the role
