We're hiring: Insolvency Solicitor - Richardson Hartley Law (Manchester/ Flexible)
Richardson Hartley Law is growing, and we're looking for an insolvency solicitor to join our litigation team.
RHL is an SRA-regulated firm of fraud specialists, with a strong commercial litigation practice. Our work regularly crosses into insolvency, whether we're tracing assets, challenging transactions, or holding directors to account, and we want someone who can lead that side of our practice.
What we're looking for
Ideally, you'll have experience in:
- Antecedent transactions - preferences, transactions at an undervalue and transactions defrauding creditors
- Claims for breach of fiduciary duty against directors and office holders
- Freezing injunctions and other urgent interim relief
You'll be confident running matters from initial instruction through to resolution, comfortable working alongside insolvency practitioners and counsel, and motivated by getting real results for people who have lost money.
