Role

We are now looking to employ a Trainee Surveyor to become part of our team.

Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.

Salary/Hourly Rate: Competitive

Job Description

  1. Assist with surveys in commercial, domestic, and social housing properties.
  2. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports, specifications, drawings, and accurate estimates.
  3. Develop new and retain existing clients.
  4. Working alongside the surveying and contracts team, you will be required to assist with other relevant duties.

Knowledge, Experience & Requirements

  1. Previous construction experience preferred.
  2. Willingness to learn, take instruction, and learn on the job.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Good level of IT knowledge and willingness to become familiar with Word, Excel, and our in-house drawing package.
  6. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  7. Ability to work as part of a team.
  8. Full UK Driving Licence.
