With a network of 16 branches across Scotland and the North of England, we offer a comprehensive range of property preservation and repair services to property owners, building professionals, local businesses, and local authorities.
We are now looking to employ a Trainee Surveyor to become part of our team.
Full Time/Permanent – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.
Salary/Hourly Rate: Competitive
Job Description
- Assist with surveys in commercial, domestic, and social housing properties.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports, specifications, drawings, and accurate estimates.
- Develop new and retain existing clients.
- Working alongside the surveying and contracts team, you will be required to assist with other relevant duties.
Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
- Previous construction experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take instruction, and learn on the job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good level of IT knowledge and willingness to become familiar with Word, Excel, and our in-house drawing package.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
