Richardson & Starling are the largest building preservation contractor in Scotland and one of the largest in the UK. We offer a comprehensive range of property preservation and repair services to property owners, building professionals, local businesses and local authorities.
We are now looking to employ a Joiner to become part of our team.
Full Time/Permanent β Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:30pm & Friday, 08:00am to 15:30pm.
Hourly Rate: Competitive
Job Description:
- Set up and maintain a clean work area
- Working to drawings and specifications
- General down takings
- 1st & 2nd Fix Joinery
- Dry Rot, Wet Rot & Woodworm Treatments
- Basement Waterproofing repairs
Knowledge, Experience & Requirements:
- Reliable, dependable and proactive approach at all times
- Quick learner
- CSCS Card β Preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Clean Shaven
- Time served
