Overview
In business for 90 years, Richardson & Starling are the largest building preservation contractor in Scotland and one of the largest in the UK.
We offer a comprehensive range of property preservation and repair services to property owners, building professionals, local businesses and local authorities.
Role
Joiner (Full Time/Permanent) – Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 08:00 to 15:30. Hourly rate: Competitive.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a clean work area
- Work to drawings and specifications
- General down takings
- 1st & 2nd Fix Joinery
- Dry Rot, Wet Rot & Woodworm Treatments
- Basement Waterproofing repairs
- Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and proactive approach at all times
- Quick learner
- CSCS Card – preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail
- Clean Shaven
- Time served
