We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Student Inclusion Officer to take a leading role in promoting student voice, supporting the Student Council, and driving participation in enrichment activities across the college. This role is central to ensuring that all students feel part of a vibrant, inclusive community where their ideas matter and their involvement is encouraged.

You’ll work directly with students to foster a sense of pride, ownership, and belonging, helping them develop key skills through leadership opportunities, volunteering, college events, clubs, societies, and community projects. From running focus groups and student forums to mentoring the Student Council and co-producing events, your role will ensure that learners are not only safe and supported, but also empowered to shape their own college experience.

You’ll also support the college’s safeguarding and wellbeing priorities by promoting emotional resilience, inclusivity, and signposting support when needed. As a visible, approachable presence around campus, you will build respectful relationships with students, challenge inappropriate conduct constructively, and help create an environment where all learners feel respected, included, and ready to succeed.

This role involves working collaboratively with college staff and student leaders to build a thriving student community. We are looking for someone with confidence, empathy, and a genuine passion for student inclusion.
