This is a temporary contract for 22.5 teaching hours due to start May 2026.

Salary: Sixth Form Teacher Pay Scale - Spine Point 1-9 - £33,465-£51,714 FTE (dependent on experience)

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teacher of English to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and manage effective delivery of an outstanding English curriculum, to ensure all our students make excellent progress. The successful candidate would need to be suitably qualified or experienced to teach functional skills and GCSE English. The successful candidate will be required to teach on our L1 provision and L2 Childcare. A PGCE or other teaching qualification is essential.

You will have outstanding interpersonal and classroom management skills and be relentless in your commitment to the success of all those that you teach. You will be a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with colleagues and is happy to go the extra mile.
