Richard Taunton Sixth Form College is seeking a committed and experienced Medical Healthcare Leader to take a leading role in supporting students on-site with a diverse range of medical needs. This is a permanent term-time only role (39 weeks), working 37 hours per week. The salary for this role is paid at Spine Point 31 of the Support Staff Pay Scale - £33,230 FTE, £28,565 actual.
The role will involve:
- Developing and implementing medical protocols
- Providing direct support to students with identified healthcare needs
- Working collaboratively with external professionals to ensure effective care planning and smooth transitions
