We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistantto join our Academy. This rewarding role involves supporting students with significant barriers to learning, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
You will work closely with the SENCo, teaching staff, and parents to provide targeted interventions, monitor progress, and ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
This role may also include leading on a specific area of SEND or working collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality intervention programmes.
