We are looking to appoint a new apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and passionate SEND team at Richard Rose Central Academy. You will support, assist and supervise identified pupils with SEND under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo. As part of the role, you will work towards your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification with United Learning, which will include remote CPD sessions (a minimum of 6.5 hours per week during normal working hours) and two in‑person days at either a central office location or hosting school within United Learning.

Hours: The role is 37.5 hours per week, term time plus one week (39 working weeks). We are an inclusive employer and are happy to consider flexible working practices, part‑time or a job share if they will benefit you and the students of the Academy.
