Our technology supports customers across construction, marine, sporting and outdoor environments with precision-designed instruments that provide live data updates.

We are now looking for an Office Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with one hour for lunch.

Your Role
As an Office Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the business across office administration, sales support and finance. Specifically, you will split your time between supporting sales and office administration, and finance, payroll and credit control.
Working closely with our customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will progress enquiries and orders and provide accurate and professional after-sales support. You will manage sales inboxes and online orders, order stock and arrange shipping and handle returns, renewals, and calibrations.
You will also support core accounting processes, payroll administration and financial record-keeping, helping ensure the business operates efficiently and compliantly. Additionally, you will:
- Support invoicing and reconciliations
- Assist with VAT returns, credit control and year-end information
- Process monthly payroll and act as a first point of contact for payroll queries
About You
To be considered as an Office Manager, you will need:
- Experience in a customer service and/or administration role
- To be comfortable working with a high level of autonomy
- To enjoy taking ownership of your role and responsibilities
- To be conscientious, reliable and accurate in your work
