About the Role
We offer experienced solicitors the opportunity to work as Self‑Employed Consultants within a fully supported and respected national law firm. Who We're Looking For
We are interested in senior solicitors with strong legal expertise, in‑depth post‑qualification experience, and the ability to manage their own caseload confidently.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate – 5 years PQE minimum.
- Proven experience within your specialism/area of law.
- Demonstrable track record of successful case outcomes.
- Ability to demonstrate a genuine client following.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation experience and skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong client care and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a specialist team.
- Efficient time management and organisational skills.
Professional Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of the obligations of working as a solicitor, including ethical responsibilities.
- Knowledge and proficient use of case management systems and IT.
