Richard Miers Garden Design Ltd is looking for a London based, qualified, Landscape Architect to join its thriving and exciting practice.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant, busy and supportive team and work on a variety of exciting projects both in and out of London.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Project and client management
- Leading design projects from survey through to construction.
- Attending site meetings and following up in accordance
- Producing 2D plans and 3D visuals using Sketchup / CAD or equivalent
- Writing comprehensive schedules of works and specifications
Skills required:
- Qualification in Landscape Architecture or equivalent professional experience working in a landscape design studio
- Excellent knowledge of plants and landscaping materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Sketchup and Microsoft Office, CAD or equivalent
- Ability to produce detailed designs and all associated drawings including sections and elevations.
- Committed, organised and willing to work across a range of projects simultaneously.
- Highly commercial
- A self-starter with an ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to multiple deadlines
- Full, clean UK driving licence is required but not essential.
This role is a full-time salaried position for the right candidate.
