RTW Sales Associate – Menswear Tailoring
Richard James is delighted to announce the recruitment of a Luxury Sale Assistant for our flagship store on Savile Row, London, one of the world\’s most prestigious fashion and lifestyle destinations.
We seek an enthusiastic individual to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service to foster growth and brand loyalty, acting as a brand ambassador aligned with our business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge customers entering the store.
- Possess excellent product knowledge, providing accurate information on features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and offer supportive advice.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation in accordance with company dress code.
