Job Overview:

We are seeking an E-commerce Customer Service and Operations Assistant to support our online sales operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for managing orders, updating product listings, handling customer inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely fulfilment of orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and operations, excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process online orders, including pick and packing, order confirmation, shipping and tracking information

• Update product listings and ensure the accurate product information, pricing and availability

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and chat and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing and customer service to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for online orders

• Assist in the creation of promotional campaigns and email marketing

• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, operations or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce and operations, preferably in a retail or online environment

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Experience in luxury tailoring

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
