We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to support the communication and reporting of investment projects across a diverse portfolio including vessel investments, mining investments, and infrastructure projects.
This role will sit at the centre of the organisation’s investment communication strategy, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear, accurate, and consistent reporting of investment performance and strategy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial stakeholders while supporting fundraising initiatives and investment reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Investor Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for investors, lenders, analysts, and financial stakeholders
- Communicate company strategy, operational performance, and financial results
- Manage regular investor updates including quarterly reports, presentations, and briefings
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and site visits
- Assist management with equity and debt fundraising initiatives
- Prepare and maintain investor presentations, information memoranda, and financial materials
- Support senior leadership in managing a pipeline of potential investors including funds, family offices, and banks
- Assist with investor due diligence during fundraising processes
- Work closely with finance teams to translate financial results into clear and compelling investment narratives
- Ensure consistency between internal strategy and external investor messaging
- Develop investor-focused KPI reporting and dashboards
- Monitor industry trends, capital markets, competitor activity, and investor sentiment
- Provide insights on investor expectations and valuation benchmarks
- Maintain the investor database and CRM systems
- Ensure investor communications comply with relevant regulatory and disclosure requirements
- Coordinate investor materials including annual reports, investor presentations, and financial announcements
- Personable and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking ability
- Ability to simplify complex financial models and present insights clearly
- High attention to detail with strong confidentiality standards
