Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, are recruiting for a General Maintenance Technician to join the team based at a static site in Causewayside, Edinburgh, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients' individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in maintenance areas.
Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar role is required. A flexible approach is essential.
