Carrying out annual and interim maintenance visits in line with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations. * Replacing heating controls and components following manufacturer guidelines. * Performing combustion performance analysis on gas appliances. * Attending gas escapes and suspected fume reports in accordance with current regulations.
