Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, are recruiting for a Plumber to join the team based in Erskine, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-skill engineer required to carry out site specific PPM and reactive works with Plumbing and heating experience and qualification.
- To carry out the day to day delivery of hard FM services across the contract ensuring compliance with Erskine Care Home and site-specific requirements.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of SFG20 compliant PPM activities, ensuring all tasks are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.
- Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance activities, prioritising works in line with contractual response times and operational criticality.
- Oversee remedial works arising from PPM inspections, audits and reactive tasks, ensuring accurate scoping, quotation support and timely completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience working unsupervised at times.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment and control measures.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
