Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, are recruiting for a Plumber to join the team based in Erskine, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Multi-skill engineer required to carry out site specific PPM and reactive works with Plumbing and heating experience and qualification.

  • To carry out the day to day delivery of hard FM services across the contract ensuring compliance with Erskine Care Home and site-specific requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of SFG20 compliant PPM activities, ensuring all tasks are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.
  • Oversee remedial works arising from PPM inspections, audits and reactive tasks, ensuring accurate scoping, quotation support and timely completion.

Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment and control measures.
