Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, are recruiting for a Property Surveyor to join the team based in South Ayrshire, Scotland, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK – meaning you’re never too far from the help you need.
Responsibilities:
- Surveying responsibilities of Property Fabric Projects £25k - £2.5M.
- Assist in procuring Property Fabric Projects £25k - £2.5M.
- Verify delegated Fabric Projects are delivered in an auditable, safe and efficient manner.
- Lead Surveying of properties, dictation and control of required works to satisfaction of client(s).
- Meet/exceed client KPI measures.
- Client/Contractor Liaison during project works.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Formal Property Surveying qualifications including current CPD.
- Strong communication skills, experienced at stakeholder management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Property Surveying experience.
- Formal Project management Qualification(s) preferable.
- Relevant technical trade background at SVQ/NVQ/SCQF or City & Guilds considered.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- SMSTS Certificate or equivalent.
